​​Coaching creates space for you to clarify what you want, uncover what might be getting in the way, and take meaningful action.

We start by defining what you want to focus on, whether its a specific decision, a broader shift, or a pattern that keeps resurfacing.

 

Each session centers on what feels most relevant and pressing. I ask questions that help you see things from new perspectives and challenge the assumptions that keep you stuck.

The work is both reflective and action-oriented. We clarify what matters, and translate that clarity into concrete steps forward.

​​I work with accomplished people who take their work and lives seriously, and want space to think more clearly about how they're using their time, energy, and influence.

 

My clients include leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and creatives stepping into new responsibilities or feeling stuck in ways that are harder to name.

 

Often, things look successful from the outside, but something internally feels off, unclear, or not quite right.

How we work together​

 

We typically meet biweekly over Zoom for four to six months. The first meeting is a 90 minute discovery session, subsequent sessions are 50-minutes. 

 

Local clients in Western Massachusetts have the option to meet in person in Northampton.​​
