I grew up in Western Massachusetts and spent significant parts of my formative years in California, Germany, and Colombia. I was raised in a very loving and supportive family of thinkers and doers. Somewhere along the way, I internalized the message that being empathetic and introspective equated to weakness, and for years, I viewed my emotional depth as a liability rather than a strength. 

 

Professionally, I pursued a career that reflected societal ideas of competence and success.  I sought opportunities in the finance and corporate tech sectors, climbing into leadership roles and accumulating external markers of achievement. On the surface, I appeared confident and capable, but internally, I wrestled with self-doubt and a persistent sense of unfulfillment.

 

Over time, I discovered that my vulnerability and depth are strengths, not weaknesses. Embracing this mindset shift has brought me more clarity and satisfaction in my career, leading me to recenter my professional focus on interpersonal connection. I find immense joy in supporting others to clarify their vision, pursue meaningful goals, and grow their confidence and impact.​​​
