I grew up in Western Massachusetts and spent formative parts of my childhood living in Germany. I earned my master's in Medellin, Colombia, worked in fintech in San Francisco, and spent a decade in leadership roles at the largest microfinance institution in the United States.

Over time, I realized the most fulfilling part of my work wasn't building the strategy decks or project plans. It was in the conversations, the team building, the times when I could help someone on my team see their own potential more clearly. I learned that the qualities I'd self-categorized as weaknesses - my empathy, emotional depth, and propensity toward connection - were precisely what made me effective as a leader. They were also what would eventually lead me to coaching.

I decided to pursue coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute because I wanted to focus on the work that mattered most: asking insightful questions, holding space for complexity, and helping people trust themselves enough to make the hard decisions that lead to more fulfilling lives.​
