I'm a leadership and life coach based in Western Massachusetts. I spent over a decade in senior leadership roles across tech and social impact, and now focus on the work I find most rewarding: helping thoughtful, ambitious people think clearly about what they want and build the confidence to go after it.

My coaching is compassionate, challenging, and accountability-focused. I go deep with my clients while holding the process lightly. Together, over 3-6 months, we create space for the kind of thinking that's hard to do alone: clarifying what truly matters to you (not what looks good on paper).  We'll challenge the stories and assumptions holding you back and define a path to more fulfillment in your career, relationships, and daily life. 

 

My approach taps into your strengths, values, and what genuinely motivates you, so pursuing your goals feels energizing rather than exhausting.
