I coach individuals navigating meaningful transitions in their work and lives.

 

After more than a decade in leadership roles at tech and social impact organizations, I now focus on the work I find most meaningful: supporting thoughtful, ambitious people as they clarify what they want and move towards it with confidence.

Much of my coaching happens in moments when something is shifting, when success on paper no longer feels like the full story, or when an inner question keeps surfacing: Is this really the path I want to stay on?

My coaching is compassionate, challenging, and grounded in accountability. Over six months of working together, we create space for the kind of thinking that's hard to do alone. We'll clarify what truly matters to you, examine the assumptions and expectations shaping your choices, and translate insights into concrete steps forward. 

 

My approach draws on your strengths, values, and genuine motivations, so pursuing your goals feels energizing rather than exhausting.
